Terms of use
The house rules for this site.
Unakin, LLC · Seattle, Washington · last updated September 11, 2026
Scope
These terms cover your use of unakin.com and the pages under it. They are not the terms of a client engagement. If you hire us, the proposal, master services agreement, and statement of work you sign in our client portal govern that work, and where they differ from this page, they win.
Our content
The writing, design, code, 3D models, images, and case studies on this site belong to Unakin, LLC or are used with permission. You may read them, link to them, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or train models on them, or present them as your own, without written permission.
Client names, product names, and trademarks that appear in our work belong to their owners. Their appearance here describes work we did; it doesn't imply endorsement of Unakin by them or of them by us.
Private case studies
Some case studies are protected by a password because they describe work under confidentiality obligations. If you've been given a password, it's for you. Don't share the password or the content with anyone else, don't record or redistribute it, and don't publish it. We may change or revoke access at any time.
The intake form
Sending the project form is an inquiry, not a contract. It doesn't obligate either of us to anything. We'll read it and reply; if it turns into work, that work gets its own written agreement. Please don't send anything you don't have the right to share, and don't send confidential material through the form; email us first and we'll set up a proper channel.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it. Case studies describe past work; they aren't guarantees of future results.
Acceptable use
Don't attack the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking, attempt to bypass the case-study gate, scrape it, or use it to send spam. If you find a security issue, tell us at [email protected] and we'll take it seriously.
Privacy
What we collect and why is on the privacy page. The short version: no tracking, one functional cookie, and the form you choose to send.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If we change them, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
